This is more of a customer service experience! I received the bra and after one wear, the wire came out of the bra. So I messaged customer service and received great help and fast response within the same hour. They offered to replace it free of cost (including with free shipping) or to provide a store credit of the same value for me to purchase something else. They explained that this was due to abnormal wear and tear. So I was happy that they valued their customer’s satisfaction to ensure you love the product. The rest of my order was great! I always order from them :)
