ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALES PERIOD (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Birthday Sale, etc.) ARE FINAL SALES.
- The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet this condition.
- We do not cover the cost of return and delivery.
- The exchange will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
