What do I do if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays for various reasons. We kindly ask you to be patient and to keep an eye on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If, however, you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us at info@bamboounderwear.com and we’ll help you out.
What's the status of my order?
We process all orders within 2 working days after the order was placed. Please check the tracking link in your order confirmation email, which you’ll receive as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that delays may appear on big sales period such as Black Friday and Anniversary Sale.
Please note that we only pack orders on working days and that it can take up to 1-2 business days extra for your tracking link to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days, you can always reach out via the live chat or email at info@bamboounderwear.com, and we’ll be happy to help!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
If we don't have your product in stock, please subscribe to our newsletter to get notified by email when it's back in stock.
Black Friday
When does the Black Friday sale start?
The specific dates of the Black Friday Sale will be announced shortly. Sign up to our newsletter for more information. Orders placed before or after those dates are not eligible for the discounts.
Can I return items bought during Black Friday?
All items are non-returnable during our Black Friday event. Exceptions apply for defective products or incorrect items received.

Can I change or update my order?
Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order. You can however reach us by email and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.
Be aware that our contact hours for chat and phone are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 16.00 EST.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Where do you ship to and what is the expected delivery time?
Yes, we ship worldwide – the delivery time varies from country to country.
Where does Bamboo Underwear ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada.
